Pear Shape a Health Hazard?

My fellow pear-shaped ladies,

Death by Peanut Butter

Hello loves,

I started the day with two work/school related crises that led to 3 spoons of peanut butter...I'm starting to understand the concept of emotional eating. BUT, I am trying to look on the bright side: admitting the problem is the first step to recovery!

Day #1...Kind of

I began following the Jenny Craig diet a few weeks ago and have been happy with my results thus far--I've lost a few pounds and my energy levels are climbing. However, I believe that with my rigorous exercise routines, I should be loosing more. This leads me to the reason for my blog: while I am managing to lose at least 1 lb per week, my lack of self control in terms of sticking to the diet is wavering. This blog will keep me honest over the next few months as I try to reach my goal weight of 135 before I return to college August 28. My last weigh-in I was 162.
